Jones S2000 Series Mounted Roller Bearings come completely assembled and ready to mount on the shaft. The Self-Aligning Feature allows for quick and easy installation without the need to clean or align housings. They come standard in expansion or non-expansion styles up to 6″ shaft size available off the shelf.
The Jones S2000 line is available in mounting styles compatible with the Industry standard “E” Type Housing arrangements. They carry the same Self-Aligning features found in the Standard S2000 Series, and utilize up to date Spherical Bearing designs found in all modern Roller Bearings.
The SAF Cast Iron split pillow blocks accommodate self-aligning spherical roller bearings which use adapter mounting to the shaft. SAF housings are available for shaft sizes ranging from 1-3/16” to 8″ and offer a choice of two or four bolt base mounting. Their design accommodates grease or oil lubrication.
